FTP ACCESS

Each client will be given a unique FTP username and password to upload audio files or download converted text files. To access FTP, a FTP client can be used or logon using Windows Explorer.

Note:

1. If no FTP client is installed in the computer yet, download and install FileZilla or other reliable and secured FTP client

2. For Windows Explorer, type the FTP address in the address bar.

3. FTP Address: ftp.transcribemedia.net

4. Login Name

5. Password
