2. Contract is signed once the client approves of the transcription trial result

3. Client provides file naming convention and report template preferences

4. TranscribeMedia provides client with a unique FTP account

5. Verification for Upload and Download process compatibility with the client

6. Client provides old audio dictation files to help transcribers and editors to familiarize themselves with the client's dictation style

7. Client sends live dictations

8. TranscribeMedia starts transcription
